Welcome to Dosage Peptide (the “Website”) and the Dosage Peptide mobile app (the “App”). We take your privacy seriously and strive to protect any personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
1. Informational Purpose Only
This Website is provided solely for educational and informational purposes related to Dosage Peptide. We do not sell products or services on this site, and there is no financial transaction or payment system here.
2. Information We Collect
We do not actively collect personal information from visitors except in the following case:
- Request a Dosage Protocol: When you request a dosage protocol, we may ask for a minimal amount of information (such as your email address) so we can respond to your request.
3. How We Use Your Information
Any information collected when you request a dosage protocol is used solely to:
- Respond to your dosage protocol inquiry
- Provide relevant research-based information
- Improve user experience on the Website (e.g., if multiple requests suggest a topic is unclear, we may update our articles)
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Our Website may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience and analyze site traffic. These cookies do not identify you personally. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though certain features of the site may not function properly if you do so.
5. The Dosage Peptide Mobile App
The Dosage Peptide mobile app (iOS and Android) is covered by this Privacy Policy. The app has no user account and no login, and it contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs.
- Stored on your device only: your saved protocols and articles, your view history, and your app settings. This information never leaves your device. You can erase it at any time from Settings inside the app, or by uninstalling the app.
- Sent to our servers: when you use the in-app assistant (OpenPeptide), the question you type is sent to our server so an answer can be generated. Along with the question we record the answer, the sources cited, technical performance measurements, a session identifier, and a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store the address itself). This is used to produce the answer, to prevent abuse and enforce usage limits, and to improve our content.
- The assistant is powered by third-party AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI). Questions are sent to them from our server for processing. No account identifier is sent, because the app has no accounts.
- Browsing the library, reading protocols and using the app’s other features require no server call of this kind.
6. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as it is useful for the purposes described above:
- Assistant questions and their logs (including the hashed IP address and session identifier): retained for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted automatically.
- Email addresses sent to us through a protocol request or by writing to us: retained only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of our correspondence.
- Data stored on your device by the mobile app (saved items, history, settings): kept until you erase it yourself. We have no access to it and no copy of it.
- Aggregated, non-identifying website statistics may be retained for longer, as they cannot be linked back to an individual.
7. Deleting Your Data
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time.
- Data on your device: erase it yourself from the app’s Settings screen, or uninstall the app. No request to us is needed.
- Assistant questions and email correspondence: write to contact@dosagepeptide.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Because the app has no user account, we cannot look you up by name. To help us find the records, please tell us the approximate date and time you used the assistant and, if you can, the wording of your question. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Deleting this data does not affect your ability to keep using the website or the app.
8. Data Security
We take appropriate measures to help protect any information we may collect. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
9. External Links
Our Website may contain links to external sites that we do not operate. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
10. Children’s Privacy
This Website is intended for research professionals and adults aged 21 or older. It is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you are under 21, please do not submit any information via our request forms. Where you are asked to confirm your age before accessing reference content, that confirmation is recorded together with your submission.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
12. Contact Us
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or the information we collect, please contact us at contact@dosagepeptide.com.
